MAKING A PURCHASE

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tax deductions for your purchases. Only direct donations to a registered non-profit organisation are eligible for tax deductions.
Our shipping rates only apply to deliveries within Singapore. Contact us if you need your orders to be shipped to a location outside Singapore.
Once payment is confirmed, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order and prepare the items for shipping. When the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and that will allow you to track the delivery of your order.
Contact us if you wish to make a bulk purchase (more than 20 items).

PAYMENT

Deliveries within Singapore are charged a flat fee of $5.00, regardless of the number of items. E-vouchers do not have delivery charges. For locations outside Singapore, contact us to enquire about the delivery charges.
Payment can be made via Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make payment with a credit card through PayPal.
Yes, we will issue you an invoice and confirmation of purchase with every order.
Simply enter the coupon code in the checkout screen. The offer should be reflected immediately.
The coupon code may no longer be valid. If you are sure that the coupon code should work, do contact us.

DELIVERY

For locations in Singapore, we aim to ship all items to you within a week of order confirmation. However, some items may take longer to be delivered as they may need to be shipped from the country of origin or require more time to be made. We will e-mail you if such cases occur.
Yes, you can track the status of your shipment via SingPost (click "Track Item" on the left) using the tracking number given to you in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Contact us and we will change the shipping address if the item has not already been shipped. Do remember to include your Order Number when writing to ask
You can track the status of your shipment via SingPost (click "Track Item" on the left) using the tracking number given to you in your shipping confirmation e-mail. If your order has yet to be confirmed, you can contact us if more than two days has elapsed since your order. If your item has been confirmed, we will inform you if there are any difficulties with shipping your order. Do ensure that you have a valid e-mail address so that we can contact you.

RETURNS

As many of the items sold on our website are handmade, we seek your understanding if the items delivered do not exactly match the description on the website. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for such cases. However, we will replace items which were shipped in an unsatisfactory fashion if we are informed within 30 days of delivery. Contact us if you require a replacement.
Contact us and we will then arrange an appointment to pick up the defective item and provide you with a new item. We will verify the defective item on the spot and confirm that the replacement item provided is satisfactory.
Refunds on your purchases are only possible if we are unable to provide a replacement item or if we are unable to fulfil your order.
